Our custom program lets YOU decide what YOU want – in colors, style, design, functions in jackets, matching mid-layers and pants. Most of our gear comes with numerous built-in features already, but you may want to customize according to your needs and climate.
Common Features – Most MU outerwear has:
Tight-weave-nylon with waterproof-breathable laminate at waterproof ratings of 20,000mm / 10k-20k breathable, Double-stitched seams, ALL seams sealed in manufacturing, Abrasion-resistant, waterproof fabric in heavy-wear areas, 2-way HKK main front zip with zipper welts to protect for wind and water resistance.
Common Jacket Features:
Side zips with tab closures, Ventilation zips, (6” plus) under arms, lower front zip pockets, front upper chest pockets, radio pocket options, Adjustable sleeve cuffs, Zip-off/tuck-in technical hood, also fully taped, Soft brush (tricot) chin guard, Removable insulation in 3-season jackets, Options for matching softshell, fleece, or windshell.
Common Pant Features:
Internal boot cuffs, Adjustable waist with belt loops, Abrasion-resistant accents as needed, Removable foam-rubber knee pads, Extra waterproof lining in seat, Removable suspenders or bib options

2-way full side zips on legs, and all other features common in jackets and pants above.

Group orders of 200+ can get completely custom technical jackets, available with matching softshell or fleece, all containing functional details not found in consumer wear. We have designers available to assist you in the process. Upon order confirmation, we can also provide pre-production samples of your custom order for your approval so that you will be confident in your custom order.
We know that you will have your uniforms for years, and we want you to be thrilled with the uniforms you choose. You can get fill-ins year after year, because we keep your information on file, and because our business IS uniforms. It is harder for other companies to deliver repeat orders of the same thing, or offer as much flexibility, and consistent industrial quality because their core business is retail. Our program is about getting you what you the specialty outwear systems you need, and then making sure your uniform is available as long as you need fill-ins. This gives your group a coordinated look from year to year, as long as you want.

SMALLER GROUPS
Some custom options are available for smaller groups. We also have “standard” items available in some jacket styles, pants, and radio vests, radio jackets, etc. that we run every year. No minimum is required on items available in our Online Store.
